Liupian Guapian Green Tea/Liupian Guaan Tea
Liupian guapian green tea is a kind of Chinesel historical famous tea, and also a kind of typical well-known green tea in China. Liupian guapian green tea (also known as tablet tea), is a special type green tea. The tea leaves are collected from the local area's specific breed tea bushes. Then, the tea leaves are flattened and got rid of the tender buds and stems. Finally, the tea leaves are processed with traditional unique techniques into melon seeds-like shapes. Liuan guapian has a long historical standing and rich cultural connotation.

The Neishan guapian tea area includes Xianghongdian village, Xianhualing village and Gongdian area in Jinzhai county, Huangjianhe village, Shuangfeng village, Longmenchong village, Dushan village in Liu’an county, and Zhufuo hut area in Huoshan county. The Waishan guapian tea area consists of Shibanchong village, Shipodian village, Shizigang village, and Luojia’an village in Liu’an county. Liu'an county’s tea output is the highest; and tea produced in Jinzhai village is with the best quality. The producing area of Guapian tea is around the Qitoushan Mountain area. In the past, this area was governed by Liu’an county, but now it is administered by Jinzhai county. The Qishan mingpian tea produced in Qitoushan village is the superfine Liuan guapian tea.
The appearance of Liuan guapian tea: Each single tea leave is open, straight, even, without stems; The tea leaves take after the shape of melon seeds, in emerald color; There is fuzz on tea leaves, which are bright and smooth.
